Shipping & Base Delivery Policy

1. Local Shop Pickup (Free of Charge)

Local pickup is always 100% free at our Lancaster production facility:

• Shop Location: 4850 W Ave L-13, Lancaster, CA 93536 (Quartz Hill / West Lancaster, located just 15 minutes south of Edwards AFB West Gate).
• Pickup Hours:
  • Monday – Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
• Notification: You will receive an automated SMS and email notification the moment your order has passed quality control and is boxed and ready for pickup. Appointments are recommended for shop drop-ins.

2. Edwards Air Force Base Delivery Protocol

To support military personnel, flight test engineers, and contractor teams at Edwards AFB without requiring a trip off-base:

• Squadron Batch Campaigns: When an active squadron group campaign closes (e.g., 412th Test Wing, Flight Test Squadrons, Test Pilot School), orders are aggregated, sorted, and labeled by individual airman name. Batch drops are scheduled directly with the unit lead at designated meeting points (such as Edwards West Gate, Base Exchange/Gym staging, or Rosamond staging).
• Security & Gate Access: Deliveries to base perimeter meeting points adhere strictly to base security guidelines. Please ensure the designated unit point of contact has provided a working mobile number.
• Free Batch Drop: Qualifying squadron bulk runs (50+ shirts) receive free coordinated base delivery.

3. Antelope Valley & Plant 42 Local Delivery

We provide commercial courier drop-offs for aerospace contractors, school districts, churches, and corporate accounts across:

• Lancaster • Palmdale (including Plant 42 facilities) • Quartz Hill
• Rosamond • Mojave • California City • Tehachapi

4. Carrier Shipping (USPS & UPS)

For orders requiring direct postal delivery to residential or commercial addresses:

• Couriers: We ship primarily via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.
• Transit Times: Standard transit within California and the West Coast is typically 1 to 2 business days once production is complete. Out-of-state shipments arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
• Tracking: Complete shipment tracking numbers are emailed automatically upon dispatch.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated based on total package weight and destination zip code. Free shipping incentives may apply to bulk orders over specific dollar thresholds.

5. Inspection Upon Receipt & Damaged Packages

Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. In the event of visible outer carton damage or missing contents:

1. Photograph the damaged exterior shipping container before opening.
2. Photograph any affected garments inside.
3. Contact Chris at [email protected] within 48 hours of carrier delivery so we can initiate an immediate carrier claim and schedule emergency reprints.

6. Force Majeure & High Desert Weather Conditions

Newline Ink LLC is not liable for fulfillment delays caused by severe High Desert dust storms, high wind closures on the Antelope Valley Freeway (SR-14), national supply chain mill outages, carrier strikes, or unexpected military base security lock-downs. In any such rare event, we will communicate proactively with your order coordinator.
